We hope that you've had a stellar week - ours was somewhat uneventful, but we did manage to record a snippet of a video that we'll be sharing with you right away! Oh! And Gillian found a great score at one of our local Saskatoon Salvation Army stores...
As many of you know (if you've seen our little videos), we do love Linda Ronstadt! Well, Gillian found this little gem and you can tell what attracted her attention! There were two Rolling Stone magazines from 1980 for sale at $2 a pop, and wow! Talk about cruising down memory lane - so many cool stories, photos and ads! And a wonderful photo exposé of Linda Ronstadt (nothing like sporting comfy pink Dr. Denton's!) SO GOOD! We may have to post some more gems from these two magazines!
And on a final note, we mentioned last week about our house concert at Wolf Willow on May 9th, which we're pretty darned stoked about! But before then, we'll be playing out at the Saskatoon Airport Stage during Junofest - we'll post the exact day and time soon, but there'll be a lot of great Saskatchewan talent on that stage for four days running! Yay! In the meanwhile, enjoy the lovely weather, enjoy life in general and keep lovin' and listenin'!
